Lower Back Pain - Chronic pain

Lower Back Pain

If your having lower back pain issues or other types of pain and inflammation, try adding a high quality vitamin D3 supplement to your daily diet.

I was having ongoing lower back pain.

One day while workinf I was wondering if I was vitamin D3 deficient .

A couple of days later I came across a Youtube video about how lower back pain could be a sign of vitamin D deficiency.

The video said 3 out of 4 people are vitamin d deficient and lower back pain may be a sign of vitamin d deficiency.

I started adding vitamin D3 to my daily diet.

Try and find a vitamin D3 product that is in a capsule and not a tablet.

This is a blog post from 4-16-11 and I am updating this post. Today is 3-22-16 and five years later, after the date of this initial post, I do not have any back pain.

I am consuming at least 5000 I.U. of vitamin D3 daily.

The daily multivitamin capsule I take has 1500 I.U. of D3 and an individual D3 capsule has 2500 I.U. of D.

Contact George Dirlam on Twitter if you want to know what brand of D3 I am taking. I am not an affiliate of this D3 product, I just believe it's the best available.

Remember to always see your Doctor when you have health related issues including lower back pain.

Drink Water

Start your morning off by drinking clean fresh water.

After I get up in the morning I drink two glasses of water.

If you want to add minerals to you water add a dropper of Ionyte to your drinking water. IONYTE is a powerful "electrolyte" of coral minerals combined with organic complexes from plants.
